questions are answered. Here are answers to some frequently asked questions
and some of our company policies.
Q:
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on products?
A: All Snorkel Down
items are warranted to be free of defects by the manufacturer in material and
workmanship for a period of one year. Products are not warranted by misuse or
abuse ie. leaving item exposed to direct sunlight and heat for long periods of
time.
Q:
What is your return policy?
A: If the
product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product
and a 10% restocking fee.
If the
product is returned opened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product
and a 30% restocking/repackaging fee.
Q:
How will product(s) be shipped?
A: Your
product(s) will be shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. Orders
over $500.00 may be shipped via other methods.

Is my credit card information secure when ordering at snorkeldown.com?
A: Yes, we
have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks
your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without
anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information. We never share your
personal credit card or checking information with anyone.
Q:
Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?
A: Your
order will be shipped within 1-3 days from when you place your order unless
the item is backordered. Backordered items will ship within 5-7 days of
receiving your order. Prescription Lens orders can take up to two weeks to
ship. All orders purchased by personal check will be shipped the next day
after your check is cleared by your bank.
Q:
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: You pay
no tax on your order unless you are purchasing within California. California
residents add 7.25% sales tax to your subtotal.
